We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, it falls on us, and we handle it that same day.
I manage the schedule from one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.
